Hand selected casks from the world’s finest bodegas and wineries are expertly curated to create a sumptuous and layered whisky of legendary finesse.

The Singleton of Glen Ord
Founded on the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands, Glen Ord sits on a stretch of land that had been in the possession of Clan Mackenzie for nearly 700 years when Thomas Mackenzie built the distillery in 1838. Glen Ord’s exclusive twin water source combines soft Highland rainwater accumulated high in the Scottish mountains with water from the heart of an ancient artesian spring, aptly described as “water from the heavens and earth”. Glen Ord is also one of a handful of distilleries that still malts its barley on site.

Tomatin
For generations, the craftsmen at Tomatin have been combining soft mountain water with tender local barley to produce it’s distinctively mellow and fruity taste. You have heard the myths of this often wild and beautiful place, but the truth lies only in its spirit. Tomatin own and distribute a full brand portfolio; the flagship brand is ‘Tomatin Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky’ which incorporates a core range of different age and flavour profile whiskies along with regular limited edition releases.

Wolfburn
Wolfburn is Scotland’s most northerly whisky distillery on the mainland and we pride ourselves by making whisky the traditional way, bottling by hand and taking our time, producing a quality dram. Our warehouses are beautifully dark and cool, providing the perfect environment for the spirit to mature into world-class single malt whisky.

Old Pulteney
Defined and shaped by its stunning coastal location, Old Pulteney single malt Scotch whisky owes much to its home town of Wick. With traditional warehouses exposed to the invigorating sea air blowing in off the North Sea, Old Pulteney captures the taste of the sea in every drop of its liquid gold; from subtle coastal chords to more defined salty notes. Delivering a flavour spectrum from vanilla to spice with an added hint of saltiness, Old Pulteney takes you from vibrancy to indulgence.

Clynelish
Clynelish is an anglicised version of the Gaelic for green pasture. And, though it’s a coastal whisky, this is fitting for a Scotch with sweet floral fragrances and verdant flavour notes.
Over the years, Clynelish has continued to be held in high regard and today’s malt whisky gurus consistently praise its unique combination of North Highland and maritime qualities. It’s a name with a long history, one that predates the distillery we know today, but which has adorned the labels of whisky bottles for almost 200 years.

Balblair
Balblair distillery considers perfection above all else. Every year the distillery manager, John Macdonald, selects whiskies that have reached their exact point of “optimum maturation”, the peak of perfection. With this you’ll find a leathery, nutty and full-bodied flavour.

Glenmorangie

And to this day, Glenmorangie honour the Distillery’s roots in their award-winning single malt. Distilled in Scotland’s tallest stills, matured in the finest casks and perfected by The Men of Tain Glenmorangie's whisky is exceptionally smooth and wonderfully complex and sure to delight whisky lovers for generations to come.
